I also appreciate the fact that when a company like this takes the extra step to ensure your satisfaction and the CEO follow up with emails by giving clear instructions on contacting them if there were any problems

Just the fact they are adjustable is great to fit Ipads with covers...no more squeezing them in the charging station.
