I called the tech support number in the enclosed booklet, and Sirius will be sending me a new one with reimbursment in the form of free service to cover shipping costs

I am disgusted with the EXTREMELY poor customer service they have offered and it still has yet to be resolved.

Again, I liked the service and the sound, but it was a lot of work just to get it all hooked up and sounding good and finding something what I wanted to hear
