I am unhappy with this product it was open when I bought it so it was used and not new as was told, the magnetic antenna is not magnetic it will not hold but as far as the tuner it self excellent, again superb stations great reception even with the lame antenna, I just made mine in the rear window in the rear deck!

If I can find a way to refoute the wiring for the antenna to go to the car's original antenna (shark fin), I'll probably get better reception.

I am expecting this to improve the reception in areas with temporary line of sight blockage, such as driving in mountainous, forested areas.

It appears that SiriusXM made a design compromise to make it more compact and cheap, but the reception is worse than the older equipment.

I have controls it well and it has great reception now that I got the Antenna issue fixed.

I wound up putting the antenna in the same location the OEM Sirius antenna was located, but got much better signal strength and reception with this new unit.

Antenna will not work form inside the car, must be mounted outside the vehicle otherwise reception is spotty.

The reception is fabulous and I actually receive good signal inside my garage, however I have had a few times when it goes out such as tunnels and gas station canopies

I mounted the antenna on the roof of my truck and only loose reception when going through tunnels, under some bridges, and in some situations where the environment blocks line of sight with the satellites.

I've driven this still gets good reception.

I mounted the magnetic antenna on the rear roof edge of my 7-seat SUV, and reception is flawless.

I highly recommend going with a SiriusXM ready receiver and this tuner over the little stand alone tuners you play over a FM frequency or aux input... much cleaner and better reception.

Bought this to go with a double din pioneer unit I bought ,works like a charm the Sirius signal is strong ,have not had any issues ,reception has been perfect in every type of weather
