The product itself is great, but the box arrived so damaged (and already opened) that I was worried some pieces would be missing or the backboard would be broken

I checked to make sure before ordering and the details said the only flaw was the box everything else should’ve been fine

And the box was damaged when it arrived

The box was partially ripped open and my son saw what his Christmas present was 2 weeks before Christmas

The box was completely crushed.

but the box was mangled and covered in something brown.
