For someone who is not an audiophile, loves bass, and has some idea of what nice sounding headphones sound like, these bad boys will do justice

The sound is really good and being a bass head when the bass is turned up, it pounds hard, would compare to an 8in or even 10in sub in a car!The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because although the sound and bass is great, they are not very loud, which is a huge bummer just because I sometimes like loud music at the gym to the point where you can’t even heard yourself

My husband loves these headphones, he was using the beats studio and now he is using these skullcandy, and he says these are better, good sound, clear and powerful, if you love the bass, it's perfect for you

They're not going to make you feel like you're immersed in the sound, but they don't have a "tinny" or overly weak sound

Buy these... the sound is phenomenal.

Of course if you overdo it, it will ruin the music and you will loose the mids and highs, but if used sparingly you get really nice low end, while maintaining a nice balance of mids and highs with good overall sound
