When I got them the pause/play button didn't work right out of the package

The button doesn't work at all and the audio cuts out straight out of the box.

I ordered another pair awhile ago and only used them during my commute and once again within a few weeks the button stopped working

Good headphones but the button for some reason stops working.

I can hear out of them but the button to pause the music gets jammed in constantly and has been like this since I opened the package.

They lost their bass and the mic/skip button stopped working.

The problem is the button which pauses/answers calls/skips does not work
