these are very strong and have held up aggressive gym session and i even use these on my bike rides with my helmet on cant even feel them in my ears very light and the material is soft inside your ear have purchased an extra for my wife and she loves these to the sound quality is great for the price and they pack a decent bass for when you are listening the very heavy bass music
