This is not one of those high end Bluetooth earphones, but these can be considered good product for the price range.

Overall, the product is not very reliable, and the customer service is quite terrible

After 2 weeks use the product emits static even when powered off

While I could get a replacement without returning the broken down product, the catch was that I cannot file a warranty claim again
