I lose connection often and the sound chops in and out even though my phone is approx 12 inches away from the headphones

After about two months these things would cut in and out when they first connected to my phone as if the bluteooth receiver was intermittently loosing connection

Unfortunately my pair can struggle to connect and maintain a good Bluetooth connection (I literally just heard it say it make a connection and neither me or any of my devices have moved or changed power states in the past half hour...)

The wires in the neckband become loose after some time and ultimately will cause the connection to go bad
