    • I lose connection often and the sound chops in and out even though my phone is approx 12 inches away from the headphones

    • After about two months these things would cut in and out when they first connected to my phone as if the bluteooth receiver was intermittently loosing connection
    • Unfortunately my pair can struggle to connect and maintain a good Bluetooth connection (I literally just heard it say it make a connection and neither me or any of my devices have moved or changed power states in the past half hour...)
