This is a poorly designed product and I'm assuming it's due to the other bad reviews about sweat getting into the charging port because of where the manufacturer placed it

What a colossal waste of money - I requested a replacement but asked them to cover S/H since I was going out of pocket again to fix their crappy product (no response from Skullcandy).
