Great Product...been using for a few months now and it lasts me all day at work

The product does not bother my neck, but it is tight enough that I don't have to worry about it falling off if I have one earbud out

It is not super clear and clean treble but it is just as good as all the other premium skull candy products, but then again I did not test FLAC, just mp3

But now that the product has completely failed within two months after purchase, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

What a colossal waste of money - I requested a replacement but asked them to cover S/H since I was going out of pocket again to fix their crappy product (no response from Skullcandy).

I can't justify paying yet again to send them their defective products when I know they're just going to fail again.

Terrible product.

This is a poorly designed product and I'm assuming it's due to the other bad reviews about sweat getting into the charging port because of where the manufacturer placed it

I LOVED this product, up until a few days ago when it stopped working.

After 2 weeks use the product emits static even when powered off

Overall, the product is not very reliable, and the customer service is quite terrible

I purchased directly from skullcandy to make sure that I was getting genuine skullcandy product

While I could get a replacement without returning the broken down product, the catch was that I cannot file a warranty claim again

Just the product needs some improvements.

I'm going to complete the warranty replacement again, head over to USPS, and spend another six dollars to send the poorly manufactured product back to the manufacturer.

While I did enjoy the product for running and the gym for a few months, the right ear stopped working for no apparent reason one day and they are now useless.

Amazing quality, been a fan of skull candy sense it first came out, if you happen to cover the left side where the controls are the audo gets pretty chopped but still an amazing product regardless

I love this product and the only problem I had was charging it more the 2 hours caused it to fry the whole headset making it useless.

At any rate, paying the postage to send their defective products back is almost reaching the price of purchasing some new headphones

I highly recommend this product to all that are looking for a wireless headset

I know this because I considered sending it in for the warranty for a replacement, but after weighing all of my issues with this product I decided to return it to the store where I bought it from, got a full refund and then bought a better competitive product that was $20 less.
