These had no sound in less than 72 hrs very old product not the newer version a d skulls are my favorite product

I am left with using a very old pair I never got rid of (from back when they made good, reliable products), that been the victim of an unfortunate accident ripping off the ear bud/cord completely at the split, leaving only the side with the mic, until I find a new brand to try.

they always honor their product warranty & replace them for free

I am really perplexed as to why there are so many good reviews for this product, and my conclusion is the original product was genuine, whereas the units recently being sold are awful knockoffs.
