I use the tone then the vibrate and have only had to use the shock a couple times

However top many times while trying to train it stopped working

We have only used the shock feature a couple times because we prefer to avoid it as much as possible, but when we have used it it has been effective

Personally when looking for a training collar, I was having a hard time deciding on which one to get, but if you are hesitant I would highly recommend picking one of these up, you won't be disappointed.

The first collar that we bought for our dog would vibrate any time she would bark, with a chihuahua, that was a lot

I used the beep sound to correct his leash pulling, but he hated it so much, he self corrected every time I put the collar on him after the first few times.

The vibration strength is pretty good and works enough most times to not have to shock

She is very hyper and has a hard time responding to some of my commands

You don't need, or should you, apply a large shock to the dog each time.
