Instead they are just the basic clear, rectangle tabs.

These are fine... but wish the tabs were perforated better.

They work great and come with clear tabs and inserts so that you can organize them by what they contain.

i use the sticky tabs instead of the tabs that came with this cause the always seem to come off

The red tabs are hard to read (the plastic is kind of dark), but I used a sharpie and that fixed the problem.
