I recommend this highly to anyone wanting a well-tuned instrument.

My first chord sounded beautiful without any further fine tuning by ear.

Simple to use, but has a very interesting advanced feature that lets you tune using Hertz-vibrations per second-for a more accurate and tempered tuning.

When you need a sleek, precise, and reliable tuning device the SN5X is the way to go

however I would like the fine tuning to be more accurate and specific and the rubber parts easily come off - sometimes they fall off and get lost.

But as far as accuracy, the free tuning app on my phone is actually much better

Only potential issues on violin is figuring out the best way to clip it to make it easy to see while tuning without having the tuner easy to knock off when resting.

The sensitivity is just about right and it tuning is accurate so that your not constantly moving the strings up and down to get the appropriate pitch.
