When you need a sleek, precise, and reliable tuning device the SN5X is the way to go

does a quick tune of the "G" string (and others if you prefer), I prefer tuning the others to the "G" manually

It was a great choice because it quickly gives me an accurate read and tuning for every one of my strings

Squeeze the clamp to open it and clamp it on the headstock, press the front button, strike a string and tune to the readout as with any other tuner.

Only potential issues on violin is figuring out the best way to clip it to make it easy to see while tuning without having the tuner easy to knock off when resting.
