The cords work fine they are very heavy duty making them stiffer than what I am used to.

My PC is constantly connected to other peripheral devices, but my phone using this cord is unable to stay connected with it using the same USB ports.

hell I even attached a USB C to micro USB converter just to see if I could get any power
