did not work for me to weak of a signal customer support was useless

So I sent a quick email out to their customer support and they walked me through very easy troubleshooting

This is the best product I have bought in a long time and the customer service / technical support is the best ever.

Finally broke down and purchased this after trying other solutions such as the c e l f i , which could have worked well, but wouldn't latch onto band 2, or the C e ll sp ot which sucked up too much of internet bandwidth but otherwise worked well
