I decided to update my review because customer service is just as important as the product and I am very appreciative of good customer service and they went out of their way to resolve my issue.

The style and function is exactly what I was looking for, and I appreciate their help in getting me a great product

Missing all k, n, and u parts.....kind of hard to build with that many missing, and way too hard to get all this back in the package to return
