Don't buy this awful system that forces you into using their awful, awful, AWFUL software.

Holy Crap this is an awesome speaker, no scratch that it's an awesome sound system and media player

This is the best sound system we've every had.

Perhaps my only complaint is that the system is capable of playing so loudly, that it's more difficult than I'd like it to be to make small volume adjustments at the lower end of the scale.

In my opinion, SONOS is still the most ideal music system for the home

Until that is fixed, and Sonos has shown no desire to fix it, the system isn't good for kids being around.

Having several of these around the house with the one connected to the router, I haven't had one connectivity issue and my guests think the system is fantastic.

It is an extremely easy system to set up and it may seem a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and Sonos lives up to the cost

Yes they're expensive, but it's a justifiable expense if your looking to put together a versatile home music system

Finally, a gripe with the app: anyone connected to your WiFi can manipulate the Sonos system

I was tempted to purchase one of the far cheaper systems that are also available on Amazon but had heard great things about Sonos.

Awful system, they should have just hidden a bluetooth receiver in this thing so you could at least connect that way with the app fails you.

It doens’t support AirPlay and there are no plans to add support for it.

n’t see that it’s improved in any way (and it’s very buggy)

The hardware is good, but there are always software issues and they have terrific technical support - but only M-F.
