Hour in to setup, not working yet.

I can usually fix my tech problems after research on the internet, but three hours of running around the house and trying to reset the system, even going to the trouble of going back to factory settings, it still wasn't working properly

Well it ends up the issue is with my wifi which is not surprising having cox as my ISP (avoid cox if at all possible!).Sonos caught wind of my complaints and called me and spent over an hour trouble shooting and optimizing my wifi remotely
