All three are great and the system is wonderful, but for a couple of issues with the musical services: (1) I'm unable to reliably locate music on Google Drive via the Sonos app, and (2) Sonos doesn't tap directly into my Apple account (as it does Amazon), which means I have to download Apple music to my phone before Sonos can access it

Since they are a very proprietary system, you are totally at the mercy of Sonos.

Awesome sound, best part is, I had trouble syncing it to my play bar, I wasn't setting it up right, I called the tech support, only waiting a few minutes on hold, then tech support rep accessed my system so he could see what was going on, then he walked me through step by step.

Love my Sonos System, which includes two Play 5 speakers, a sound bar, two Play 2, and a sub woofer.

That's more than made up for by the incredible convenience and flexibility of using the system (assuming you are oriented towards digital music, especially from online sources such as Spotify), but it's always been more than a little annoying

This is what I ended up doing and now I can play any app I want, off the same great system that I use for my vinyl and cd's.*Historically their software never allowed access to playing any podcasts (remember...you cannot simply use your current podcast app as you have to use whatever they choose to let you use.
