I have had a few cd’s that didn’t work when I tested them

It's more and more rare to burn CDs for people, but I used to do it all the time to share music and photos

All in all though they're good CDs, I've used Sony in the past a long time ago and Losing a few is acceptable to me, it took me years to go through 30, I only bought 100 for two reasons

I burned 50 CDs recently for a client and didn't have a single record error.

It takes 6 minutes to burn a music CD at that speed.

I never use the "highest possible speed" burn or duplication setting, but instead use 16X for audio duplication and use only 4X for initially burning CD masters

I received the SONY CDs yesterday, and immediately from that batch and as a test, burned THREE separate CDs on my laptop almost completely filling the data limits of each CD with WAVE FILES only -- no mp3s

just blank cd's work as they should
