Sony Alpha a6000 Mirrorless Digital Camera 24.3MP SLR Camera with 3.0-Inch LCD - Body Only (Graphite)

    • it's a little bit awkward to take in and out
    • While I prefer the performance, desktop integration, awesome camera and intuitive interface, it's a bit of a pain to be last on the dev list for things like camera controls and smart home stuff
    • the bottom (where the hands' "moon" spot, in palmistry, sits) seems a bit "edgier/sharper" and doesn't nestle into that part of the hand as easily.- the rear thumbgrip on the
    • View finder sensor is a bit too sensitive and will turn off main LCD screen(There is a fix, just google it).4.
    • For beginners it is a little bit more difficult to use because there is so many settings
    • Exaggerates color a bit, more vibrant than reality but overall good
    • My only complaint would be that the wifi transfer seems to degrade photo quality a bit from camera to smartphone, but I think the cord transfer to computer works better
    • The images right out the camera as jpegs are stunning (maybe a bit over saturated and contrasty, but beautiful
    • I'm a bit neurotic about big ticket items, so I research and try lots of things before I'm happy
    • Great camera, easy to use, good picture quality, Wish it was weather sealed and a bit more durable.
    • The images right out the camera as jpegs are stunning (maybe a bit over saturated and contrasty, but beautiful
    • and it handles dim light a bit better than the 7 with less color static
    • a bit weird-battery life is bad (keep in mind that is a common issue with mirror less cameras)In
    • Photo quality was every bit of the mirrored cameras quality no complaints there
    • It is a bit too difficult to remove the SD card next to the battery
    • Auto focus was quick and incredibly accurate, lost a bit of it in low light with the AF assist lamp, but still at least a full second ahead of the other mirrorless cameras I have tried
    • Although, I find it a bit useful that I can charge the camera with a battery bank that I use my phones with because it charges via USB.2
    • but when it comes to picture quality you will find that the photos come out too soft and a bit dark in automatic mode and the battery doesn't last that long
    • Learn a little bit about photography and put in some effort, and this camera will reward you in spades
    • I switched over from Nikon to sony and I dont regret it one bit
    • 0.5 star removed because it feels a bit cheaper-made than the Nex 6 (and my previous Nex 5N), and am essentially rounding down to 4 stars.
    • Forget your bulky DSLR and switch to mirror-less!There are two things about the camera that bug me a bit
    • I do wish the 16-50mm lens was just a bit faster, like f:2.
    • This makes it a bit easier to remember, and maybe even use, for beginning enthusiasts, but can also make the text a bit harder to read.- the SCN modes are all the same, but the animated on-screen 'dial' is on the left now, (rather than on the right, as with the NEX-6)
    • It does hunt a bit in really low light but no worse than most and better than some DSLRs at and above its price range that I've played with
    • Fast shooter capable of fast focusing and very nice color rendition, but the slap of the shutter was a bit too noisy for my shooting preference.

    • It's really a shame that Sony are leaving enthusiasts on a budget like myself out in the cold a bit.
    • Though, the sensor that enables it is a bit too sensitive, can’t find a way to adjust that.-Focusing
    • I am bummed out because now I have no camera for my upcoming trip and there is nothing else out there that I like as much as I liked this Sony a6000
    • Upgraded from Sony Nex 5T, so I could make use of 18-55 and 55-210 lenses.
    • The a6000 destroys the 5T in autofocus, it is far far faster and more accurate.
    • n’t lack much
    • There are a lot of naysayers on the web who say that Sony doesn't have a good lens selection, but the E mount lenses available for this meet my needs.
    • This is one of my two favorite E-mount lenses.
    • There are some good YouTube videos as well as a good e-book by Gary Friedman (http://www.friedmanarchives.com/alpha6000/index.htm)
    • The fastest e mount or fe mount constant aperture zoom available from any manufacturer is currently f4.0.
    • For now I rely on the fast and clear E-mount Sigma 30mm prime that works perfectly w/ the camera.
