Sony has a big problem on their hands.

Sony Blueray DVD player works great.

That told me the Sony was defective.

(I know TWC tends to have issues with Netflix)Being a Sony & Samsung user I would recommend picking this up refurbished before it is sold out.

But with the awesome SONY live chat agent support you could set it right and enjoy high definition theatre quality movies at home!The only drawback, if it is one, is that when you power off/pull the plug the player, all settings would be reset

There are a handful of similar players that do not have Amazon Prime functionality - for me that was a deal breaker, so the Sony has worked out great.

The user interface is just not very intuitive, then again, the Roku isn't the best either, but Sony's is much worse.

I bought Sony because it supported Amazon Instant Video.

Also, as is the case with many registration processes, Sony makes it easy to accidentally agree to receive spam from them.

Since you can buy one of these for $3 or $4, it's not a big deal, but I find it really annoying that in order to make the price a couple dollars cheaper Sony has decided not to include this, thus causing me an extra trip to the store or online order and wait
