This is a great portable unit

This unit has a real good sound,not like my old alarm,the battery back up remembers your settings after a power failure

I just discovered that the right speaker (as you face the unit) no longer works when playing CDs.

If you don't want to spend endless time researching a good unit, Sony is a name you can trust

Sure it cost a few dollars more than the inferior-sounding units

Of course, my wife and I live in the same house, so I couldn't very well serenade her from the street
