This, however, is the second time that the right product was delivered but the picture taken was not of my door.

Product arrived in good shape, unit was missing the 6' aux cable cd lens cleaner cleaner, cleaning cloth, was given a $20.00 Amazon Gift Card to purchase the missing parts that were supposed to come with the unit, went on line and couldn't find the missing parts as told I could, besides that the unit runs well, haven't used it to much to date, but sounds great.

I am very disappointed Amazon recommends this product, it is part of the reason I bought it.

This is just sad & if modern Sony products are doing this then I give up on trying to even find another music box from any other brand

I have received no complaints from the recipient, so I assume the product is satisfactory.
