If it's out of warranty, Sony will give you the number to some repair place where it costs more to ship the thing both ways than the unit is even worth (and this is without the cost of repair).

Well, this Sony has made me very happy

Nice quality but not as good as my earlier Sony players but great for camping.

I had a much larger/heavier version of the SONY boom box from the mid nineties.

The last boom box I bought was so bad (not a Sony) that this seems like the best thing in the world

I've bought other Sony portable CD players and they were of pretty good quality.

I have tried many MP3 CD players, and this SONY is the best.

Thought SONY was better than that

I decided to buy this one because its a Sony , it was more expensive then the others but to my great disappointment it also went the same way as the others and no longer works

Then Sony announce a manufacturing error on the early models and they were good enough to replace them with two new ones.

Funny Sony would even put its name on it

I bought this Sony boom box to replace my Sony Dream Machine

I needed this for playing cassette tapes as well as cd’s.

Sound is super tin-y, no bass - even with the Mega Bass on.
