Product arrived in good shape, unit was missing the 6' aux cable cd lens cleaner cleaner, cleaning cloth, was given a $20.00 Amazon Gift Card to purchase the missing parts that were supposed to come with the unit, went on line and couldn't find the missing parts as told I could, besides that the unit runs well, haven't used it to much to date, but sounds great.
