Since my last camera was stolen, I wanted to replace it and the quality of the Sony, along with a very good price, gives me better photos and even the ability for video.

I wasn't happy with my low quality iPhone 5 pics - this is a great quality photo for the price.

The only improvement over the past 10 years seems to be a few more extra pixels, and that does seem to give a very small advantage, but my old point-and-shoot takes far superior photos that look far more realistic

I was excited for this as a backup camera, but it takes extremely grainy blurry photos.

Go into the menus and learn to use the program mode which lets you set a 400 ISO level for faster shutter speeds, adjust exposure for brighter or darker photos, and adjust the contrast or color balance of your photos.

The cameras were easy to use and the photos came out bright and clear.

I did get a couple of good photos from the cherry blossoms
