VERY SLOOW shutter speed

As mentioned by other reviewers, the picture quality is acceptable for close ups but the zoom is basically useless; and the painfully slow shutter speed means that you end up with a load of photos you don't want because they've all been taken about 10 seconds too late

Most painful is the exasperatingly slow shutter speed

Shutter speed is slow--so slow that by the time it closes--you have the perfect photo you did not want

The noise was somewhat irritating even with flash.-Slow shutter speed: It has a continuous shooting mode which is supposed to take multiple frames in a short time as long as the shutter button is depressed

-Terrible battery life-Irritating autoflash, when selected it will flash at all times - even in strong lighting and therefore reducing the battery life further- slow shutter speed, seems to be a disconnect between pressing the button and the device understanding you want a photo to be taken-long delay between ability to take shots

Go into the menus and learn to use the program mode which lets you set a 400 ISO level for faster shutter speeds, adjust exposure for brighter or darker photos, and adjust the contrast or color balance of your photos.

Slow shutter speed, and it annoys me when a camera does not come with a manual.
