A great budget point and shoot

It's a great point and shoot if that's what you're looking for and pictures are really crisp

I was looking for a super-compact, point and shoot with enough megapixels to be able to satisfactorily enlarge pics

If you are looking for a good quality point and shoot camera for a lowish price and a small body, this will be perfect for you.

Build quality (feel) and screen are weak points.
