This is an excellent product.

As an design engineer, the "unplug it" advise was a joke - the product obviously has a bug.

Not sure if the Sony line is as good a product as they used to be from all the Forum postings I've been reading lately.

As far as I am concerned I will not be purchasing or recommending their products for anyone
