Beats clearly has better quality products

Nice product

In addition, I figured Sony would put out a good product as I've had luck with them in the past

I received this item as a gift and now have to go back and tell them that this product is garbage and hope that it is still within the return period.

Can anyone suggest a better product like this?AJJ

Possible QC issues @ Sony, or their products just aren't what they used to be...

Sony - has developed a much superior product for the price -

defective product where the on/off button fell off

After a half-year using, this product failed to be charged when connected with micro-USB charging cable

Just don't forget to carefully remove the earbuds as the plastic that holds them can damage the product while you're removing them

A good product from a good company

product works well otherwise

I'm fine with quality issues when buying relatively expensive products, but these headphones weren't a great value when they worked properly.

Overall, a bit more bulk than in competitive products, and I notice that when I rotate multiple earbuds, this one is never my first choice, but it earns a place in the rotation.

I wasn't expecting much from these but from the moment I placed them in my ears, I knew they were a solid product.

But I cannot recommend this product to anyone

Great product ...sound is clear and you can for sure work out with it without having to push it back in your ear all the time.

I would NOT recommend this product.

This product was defective after I had used it for 3-4 days.

I love Sony products and so far they are the only ones that really fit my small ears without the feeling as if it were stretching or pulling

Excellent product, nice sound and comfortable

I've always loved Sony products, which makes it even more disappointing that the power button came completely off after light use (probably less than 20 uses).

Received product with no box or instructions & they did NOT work :(

I would recommend this product with a small bag or case to make sure you don't lose the headphones, since they will slide of your shoulders if they are not in your ear.

Good headphones, the fit could be better, but it is a good product from Sony overall.
