Purchase this to use with an 84" Sony UHD.Low and behold, when I purchased this media player, the 84" UHD did not have an upgrade available, so I was literally SOL with a TV that was purchased months back

I set up my free upgrade for 7/19; but I am so disappointed that Amazon did not warn of this that I may just return it for a refund and cancel the upgrade until Sony and Amazon get their act together

Now, that an upgrade IS available, the Sony rep won't upgrade my TV!
