The radio is no particular hot shakes
-
I needed a reliable clock radio with large numbers
-
The radio is great and the CD player works good and the dimmer is very good on it
-
It is a nice little radio, just a poor alarm clock
-
I have a portable radio whose reception isn't very good either - maybe it's just where we live.
-
I love this clock radio
-
My Sony stereo CD clock radio worked very well for about 3+ years.
-
My Sony stereo CD clock radio worked very well for about 3+ years.
-
I like my Sony Clock Radio.
-
It's a nice clock radio with dual alarms and easy to use.
-
This is a cheap radio CD player.
-
It finally went belly up so I searched for an affordable clock radio that I could play CD's on as I like to read in bed.
-
This is a great radio to have in the bedroom
-
This clock radio has everything you need: dual alarms to wake you with buzzer or music, good radio reception and a CD player.
-
The clock radio works great but the sound is very low even when placed on high volume
-
Not much better than an old cheap transistor radio in sound quality.
-
Her previous radio died, but was working fine in the same building.
-
I purchased this radio for the cd player because the previous one I owned died after 11 or 12 years
-
Over twenty five years ago I won a Dream Machine clock radio at our company Christmas party.
-
So then trying to find a radio station for my son to fall asleep too, we noticed how poor the dial is for the radio.
-
this radio worked for about a month, until it was time to change the time for daylight savings.
-
Love the radio
-
Controls for volume and the radio are on the side and not easily accessible.
-
Best CD/Alarm radio around
-
This is one of the better alarm clock CD radios, especially for the price.
-
WARNINGS!!!The sound is good, and having a CD player is also nice, but if you want a specific station, this is also not a good radio for you.
-
We love the large numbers for the time, the two alarm settings, the clear radio settings and all the features the radio offers.
-
that this is a very nice clock radio.
-
BEWARE!!!This is a great looking clock radio, but if you've previously relied upon a clock radio with a battery back up, look elsewhere
-
It is a very nice clock radio
-
Other radios have never been as durable or reliable as this radio
-
I got this CD Player Radio because I was sick of my old, shabby alarm clock radio
-
I was a little surprised that it still had a manual tuner, but once again, it is not their best radio
-
The sound is very good, and the radio itself is very dependable.
-
Radio is typically marginal for this level of equipment
-
For my purposes, this radio has been useless.
-
It is a very good CD player and radio
-
Useless as both an alarm clock and also as a radio.
-
Very good sound for such an inexpensive and small CD/clock radio when using CDs
-
The Radio seems pretty good and the speakers are good for the price you pay.
-
Worse than the cheapest, crummiest transistor radio.- The tuning and volume controls are HIDDEN on the side, very small, and WAY too sensitive
-
The price was good, the sound is GREAT, the ability to set the alarm for different CD tracks, radio stations, and volume levels was a must-have, the clock is nice (with adjustable brightness), the radio is strong, the buzzer function is wonderful with the different sound levels, the dual-alarm feature is nice, it looks sharp, and I am very happy with it.
-
Purchased this radio for my mother, her CD player and her alarm clock both died around the same time, she loves it
-
but as this is one of the more expensive clock radios (relatively speaking) out there, no battery back up makes it a "pass it by".
-
However, it fails as a Radio, as the AM reception is quite dodgie (Bad). The COBY CDRA147 DIGITAL AM/FM DUAL ALARM CLOCK RADIO WITH STEREO CD PLAYER - CBYCDRA147 was just the opposite
-
Not a bad clock radio from Sony.
-
I have another radio just like this one.
-
It is reliable, you have a choice of how you want the alarm to work - radio, buzzer, or CD, and even which song on the CD you want to wake you up.
-
She said that the radio in this unit was disappointing and has resorted to using CD's to hear music at work.
-
great radio for the money
-
Buy cheaper radios from several other suppliers that have backup batteries and digital tuners with presets.
-
Radio here in Portland is simply horrible
-
this would be a great alarm/radio if both dual alarm capability worked and Ipod function worked as well.
-
Great radio, good sound, easy operation
-
The CD player is poor and the radio is even worse.
-
The clock/radio, alarm and CD player works great and the price was even better.
-
Great radio and cd player.
-
It's basically a terrible radio with a great display and decent CD player
-
I bought this to replace an old Sony radio/CD alarm clock
-
Dream machines also have the best radio tuners of all clock
-
I purchased this radio many years ago but damaged it.
-
This radio is excellent, two alarms, a nice sounding CD player, very easy toset the clock and the alarms
-
radio is great for what I need it for.
-
Pros - great for listening to my CD to get to sleep, dual alarms, Radio picked up signals from super far away
-
I remember my first radio alarm clock and how nice it was to wake up to MY music in the morning instead of having my mom calling me
-
Radio is really nice has 3 ways to dim the light from the time display
-
This is the "perfect" bedroom clock/radio/cd
-
Overall, a worthwhile clock radio with CD capabilities.
-
Nice radio, good sound, large and clear time display
-
The radio even looks nice in my bedroom
-
Very difficult to tune the radio, if impossible.
-
This is the best radio I ever purchased
-
The controls are easy to use and I can receive most of my favorite radio stations
-
It was easy to set up & sound quality is great (radio tuning was a temporary puzzle), but it's being able to see the clock numbers from across the room which is the big pleasure
-
Great and easy to use, dependable Sony CD playing radio
-
I would recommend this Clock Radio to anyone.
-
Pros - great for listening to my CD to get to sleep, dual alarms, Radio picked up signals from super far away
-
I love this radio.
-
It is compact and the radio is powerful enough to pick up Milwaukee radio stations here in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
-
I had a clock radio with alarm, but I live in a valley, and we get spotty radio signals at best.
-
This is a great little alarm radio that can either wake you by CD, radio or buzzer
-
Alarm "A" would look like it was set, but at some point during the night, it de-programmed itself.
-
Kind of like giving something an A+.
-
Came in perfect condition - everything works as it should, looks sleek
