Bad Sony

Love Sony.

I queried Sony on two different occasions regarding the apps available before purchase.

I waited a refund instead of receiving more of the same, however this would require me waiting for 6-8 weeks for a refund, thus Sony are effectively punishing me for buying lemon TVs

Tv works very well and lives up to the sony picture and smart capability.

I wanted to keep it because I normally like Sony

That's good because a different Sony TV I evaluated produced an unpleasant "electronic" odor

I understand Sony is fazing this size out very soon, so go for it.

this is a terrible Sony will not turn on have to unplug at the wall and has a terrible picture even on 1080

And although the 40" Sony is capable of 1080p resolution, how much 1080p video you get depends on your cable or satellite box as well as how many BluRay discs and streaming services you use

Struggling with what to do - return it or have a qualified non-Sony tech look at it an eat the cost.

Not as good as last Sony 32 inch; not as many features

Took a while for Sony support to fess up, but eventually they acknowledged that no, Amazon Instant Vido is not supported on current Sony Smart TVs including this model

Sony should be embarrassed to sell something as poor as this
