I have long hair also and no snags

I bought these to use with my iPhone and iPod when I am doing some activity that might beat up my more expensive but excellent Sony studio monitor headphones ( MDR7506 ) such as when I get out of the shower and my hair is wet or working in my work shop.

Now i have had some minor issues with them, pinched my hair twice, but nothing horrible

I occasionally lost hair to the headpiece but not so much that it bothered me

May tangle the hair a little by the way the top fits, but can't beat it for the price.

The plastic size adjusters were just designed to snag hair, so it seems.

To my pleasant suprise they snapped right back in the headpiece and work as if nothing happened

The sound is not as rich as with a large pair of headphones, but that is simply the limitation of small, earbud speakers.=>

About 35 years ago I worked as an on-air announcer at a local music radio station in my hometown

When they break I just get another pair.
