Avoid the temptation to turn the volume way up (for more than one reason).If you're looking for a more precise set of cans for studio work and/or audiophile duty, you might want to step up to the Sony MDR-V6/7506, or look at even more expensive options from Sony, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, or Denon

At £13.99 from Argos though, they make a great set of backup headphones / kids headphones / headphones to use and not worry too much about :-)
