7 months in and all of a sudden, the product stopped working

First the instrument line stopped picking up my guitar, then when I tried a different USB port, the product stopped working entirely, will not turn on, even when I go back to the original port

Why should a "professional" product die in so short a time?

Sound great for the money I use for recording and listening to rock and jazz good bass response light weight ears might get a little sore over long periods but over all a good product
