• Reviews around star (2.64 of 5)

Sony MDR7506 Professional Large Diaphragm Headphone

    • Losing a star due to those flimsy wires going between the headband and the drivers.
    • The sound was good and they were reasonably comfortable, but they get 2 stars off for quality: less than a year after light/occasional use by a responsible, careful adult, the cord connection at the headphones has broken irreparably
    • Otherwise, 5 solid stars.
    • 4 star COMFORT
    • If surround cushioning were a half inch thicker and the isolation a hair better I would given 5 stars
    • I'll bump it up to 3 stars
    • I'll just say I knocked a star off because I just couldn't deal with the sibilance
    • In all seriousness, these headphones are very detailed, to the point that they can be a bit fatiguing (hence the -1 star)
    • I would give this a 5 star rating but the only problem with this is the wire comes out of the ear cups making me feel they're damaged.
    • If surround cushioning were a half inch thicker and the isolation a hair better I would given 5 stars
    • I knocked off a star because the coiled cord is pretty heavy and gets in the way / becomes awkward
    • (Thanks Amazon!)I certainly couldn't in all honesty give these a 5 star rating nor would a 1 star or 2 star rating be appropriate either
    • So I think 10 stars would be better to show the proper ratio.
    • Every star; worth.
    • I really don t like these earphones, They sound real tinny to me
    • Just as great as always
    • Really flimsy as I can't get it back on
    • I use these in the studio as well as for the TV late at night
    • These have a tinny sound to them, as well as when listening with them, i hear what sounds like an old 33 1/3 record scraping sound through them.
