As for the earbuds I have to play the music very loud in order to get a good bass

They have great sound (awesome bass) and do a great job at keeping out other noise

I love me a cheap pair of headphones with a good bass

It is critical that a person uses the right size to create a good seal for that great bass

GREAT BASS SOUND AND CLARITY

Bass is surprisingly prominent

Absolutely no bass whatsoever, and the left channel stopped working after just a month.

Once you receive a proper airtight seal inside of your ear canal you should hear proper full bass and mids, the highs on these earbuds aren't all that high but for the price point and compared to other earbuds like the klipsch s4 that cost more, these sound very comparable and extremely far above the quality of the ipod/iphone earbuds if you use them appropriately.
