Sony MDRXB950BT/B Extra Bass Bluetooth Headphones (Black)

    • By contrast, indie rock such as Neutral Milk Hotel's "In An Aeroplane Over The Sea" and Wilco's "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" were better without any EQ.I'm a bit sad that the Bluetooth doesn't work with my PC or PS4, but I can live with the cables for those.
    • The mids present themselves well, although the bass end can interfere with them a bit.
    • Cons : a little bit big, leaks sound : the person next to you can hear exactly what you're listening to .
    • but if you're watching video or something, it may annoy you quite a bit
    • The bass boost packs a good punch, and the battery lasts a good bit
    • The first set had a bit of a hum, rather like what you might get if a set of 'phones weren't grounded properly
    • Took a bit in figuring the Bluetooth hook up, but NO problems
    • A bit bulky but the sound quality is great
    • They have amazing low end but it may lack a bit of high end
    • They do hug your head a bit, but that's to seal the leaks around the cups
    • They warm your ears a bit too much if wore for long, take them off after a while to vent
    • The bass responce is very nice and deep... a bit artificial and dirty but much better than others in this price range
    • Connection is great, I just wish they were a tad bit louder through Bluetooth
    • Range is pretty impressive, probably 25 feet away through 2 doorways it worked well enough, it cut out a bit here and there depending on where my head was
    • A bit bulky
    • Only complaint, the ear pads a bit small to be considered "Over Ear" so they tend to sit on your ear lobes
    • Comfort was ok they are a bit too big for me but worked well with noise reduction
    • A bit pricey but worth the investment.
    • When it comes to high and med pitches it lacks quite a bit whether you put it on full blast or not (ill explain more about volume later) if your a bass head and don't care much for vocals you can probably over look that, but even for a bass head who doesn't care much for vocals might even think the vocals are too low and not that crisp which says alot
    • Cons - notification lights are a bit hard to see / too small, no clear notification when it needs a recharge, sometimes takes a while to pair it.
    • The Bass Boost is probably a bit too much, but you can simply just deactivate it.
    • These headphones have a bit of hiss whenever 'on', and lack some clarity in the mids and highs
    • If the bass wasn't as artificial and a bit more crisp and clean, these would be an easy 5 stars
    • I wish they could get a bit louder to compensate for quieter sources.
    • I will admit that the ear muffs are a bit stiff and kinda uncomfortable, but give it a few hours and let the leather break in, and they get softer with each use
    • They are overpriced for what they offer so look for deals around or under U$100.- Not great for phone calls - quite a bit of noise
    • These do not sound like most BT 'phones - they provide a full, rich, nuanced sound similar to corded 'phones, with satisfying bass (not muddy at all), good mid-range, and treble that is a bit thin but not bad for the price.
    • The Bass Boost can be a bit much for some genres, but is a lot of fun for hip/hop and rap
    • A bit pricey but worth the investment.
    • wise MDRXB950BT/B might be kind of big if to be used on the plane (for a long distance), and it does not have active echo cancellation function.
    • Sturdy (I've dropped them several times over the past year), loud and clear (when I need them to be
    • I doubt I
    • perfect,I like it very much
    • i can't very well use it to cancel the noise out and get some shut eye while listening to music; i'll have to use my headphones
    • Mine broke as I was taking them off, and it's exactly one year after I bought them, so disappointing
