Loved the quality of sound, ease of use, battery life, and comfort of the fit; but there is an obvious design flaw in the headphones

Sound quality is excellent, but the design flaw makes them worthless

They crack or fall apart after 1 year or less..and Sony refuses to acknoweldge the design flaw & work out a replacement

The main reason I give it a one star is due to a specific design flaw

I say design flaw because, I dont wear them to exercise, i dont travel with them, I use them only at work at my desk

Overall, these headphones have a huge design flaw that Sony has refused to address (when the cracks first formed, I called and asked about the warranty, but their customer service is utterly useless and refused to cover 'mechanical' damage that I had caused by 'abusing' the headphones)

Sony knows about this design flaw, yet continues to sell them

I use these headphones with bluetooth connection to my Android phone as well as to my laptop, for phone calls and web-conferences as well as listening to music

They connected swiftly and easily to both my iphone and laptop, as well as with the included 3.5mm cord

When I went to mow, I knew it wouldn't be as effective, but I was shocked as to how much of the engine noise was cut as I mowed.
