Its as if as soon as the warranty expires the product becomes like glass and breaks everywhere

I would recommend the two year extended warranty as well.

I am greatly dissapointed that I wasted over a hundred dollars on such a low quality product, but even more so that when I called sony support, assuming that my headphones would be under warranty, seeing as I only had bought them a month before, on March 6th, 2016, only to have them tell me that any physical damage voids my warranty, even though it was in no way caused by any damage I caused the headphoneds

Their warranty is virtually worthless.

My two cents will be to check who is fulfilling your orders (Mine was fulfilled by Focus Camera with a 30-day return policy and SONY's limited warranty thereafter)

In other words, an inexpensive accidental damage warranty may not be a bad idea.

Purchased 12/11/15, they are used at work only, kept in a drawer and two weeks after the pathetic 90 day warranty expires, the left earcup mount disintegrates WHILE I AM WEARING THEM!

They sounded great, but poor customer service, poor warranty, and a broken product, warrant a one star.

They connected swiftly and easily to both my iphone and laptop, as well as with the included 3.5mm cord

When I went to mow, I knew it wouldn't be as effective, but I was shocked as to how much of the engine noise was cut as I mowed.

Excellent as in top-of–the-line in their class

I've owned these headphones for about a year now, and they are still as great as when I first bought them

I primarily listen to Classic Rock, and the bass guitar sounds just as clear and loud as it should be

I promise if you are as particular and picky as I am about your music and sound, you will fall in love with these headphones

They will not break by themself as they make it seem

I would strongly suggest Sony add driver support for Windows 8 as well as and Windows 8.1 Home and Professional to minimize potential losses
