They are so durable as well, I've had them for 2 years and they are still rocking!I love Sony and its quality products

Even so, even these modest Sony are better than a lot of other more expensive products out there

doesn't match the volume level expected, SONY is usually so much better than this.

The big disappointment is that, like so many Sony headphones I've had in the past these things are so tight, it squeezes your head like a grapefruit

Bought these for my daughter to replace the Sony headphones that broke on her previously

I bought these to replace my favorite Sony Walkman headphones, which are hard to find these days

These Sony headphones are comfortable to wear for 2-3 hours

Sony got this right: these phones grip your head just firmly enough to stay in place, without squeezing you to death

I've always trusted Sony as a brand and they have yet to let me down.

I had the Sony MDR-ZX310, which I loved to bits and lasted me three years before they broke (and I was not gentle on them)

These Sony headphones still work great as his backup.

As usual the sound is great and its Sony!!!

But they didn't sound any better than these light and comfy Sony's...and less than 20 bucks which is..what.. $5 in 1980??
