This is a nice Blu Ray for the price (although I found one lower on eBay if I had just looked a little longer)

I bought this item since it is described as Multi System Region Free Blue-Ray able to play on 110-240 v. but the AC Adaptor that comes with the item it reports that is functioning on 110 v. only

Only and not region free blu-ray player.
