The easiest way (I think) is through RealPlayer's "record from outside line" option.

I have foun that the best way to get around the copyright protection is to use nero to mount a virtual Cd-drive and then use simple burner and record from the mounted image.

The sound quality is excellent both ways and there is good sound separation with a bi directional mike
