Reviews around quality (5.00 of 5)

  • The manual says to use LP2 (160 Minutes) or normal stereo (80 minutes) modes for best sound quality, but I can't tell the difference between the mp3 files on the computer and the sound quality on the MD
  • I've even recorded from VHS tapes and my old turntable (LP's) onto minidisc and the quality is amazing
  • The audio quality is excellent -- I record in LP2 mode most often and cannot tell the difference in quality between that and Sp mode

  • The size of the walkman is perfect -- small, portable, and easy to reach into your pocket and fiddle with
  • The size is great -- it is the perfect size for the hand: smaller would be too small, bigger would begin to be bulky.
