My suggestion for this seller, is to test their product before sending them out, in order to guarantee satisfaction, of course, barring damage during shipping, should that arise.

This product was defective.

Not sure who I feel more bad for, myself getting the product or the person who owned it previously who should probably get a health assessment, or lastly, the company who has to market products as very good and collectible while selling a terrible condition product just to make a dollar.
